1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or placing any wager on the seebet platform (accessible at seebet.win and associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the seebet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease use of the seebet platform immediately and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and seebet (the operator). The English-language version of these Terms is the governing version for all purposes. Translations, if provided, are for convenience only and do not supersede the English text.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a seebet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 21 years or older as of the date of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. seebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, deposit, and withdrawal.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not currently hold and have not previously held a seebet account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently experiencing, a gambling addiction or disorder that renders participation in real-money gaming inadvisable.

Registration requires the submission of accurate and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile telephone number. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles seebet to immediately terminate your account and forfeit any balance held therein.

Each individual may hold only one (1) seebet account. Operating multiple accounts, whether through the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, seebet will close all accounts attributable to the same individual, and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your seebet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. seebet will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify seebet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. seebet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to implement reasonable security measures or has shared credentials with a third party.

You agree not to allow any other person, including family members residing in the same household, to access or use your seebet account. All activity conducted through your account credentials is deemed to be your activity, regardless of who physically carried out the action, unless you have reported a security breach to seebet in writing prior to the activity occurring.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on seebet are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). seebet supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at seebet's discretion with reasonable notice.

Deposits are credited to your seebet wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to identity verification. seebet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted by seebet from time to time. Players who have configured voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools will have those limits applied before the standard platform maximums.

seebet does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. Funds must originate from and return to payment accounts registered in your own name that match your seebet account identity.

5. Betting Rules and Wager Acceptance

All bets and wagers placed on the seebet platform are subject to the applicable game-specific rules and, for sportsbook wagers, the seebet Sports Betting Rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

seebet reserves the right to decline any wager, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Wagers are not confirmed until you have received an explicit acceptance confirmation from the platform. In the event of a technical failure during wager placement, seebet will conduct a manual review based on platform logs to determine whether the wager was validly accepted.

Odds and game parameters displayed on the seebet platform are subject to change until the point of wager acceptance. In the event that a wager is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error ("palpable error"), seebet reserves the right to void that wager and refund the staked amount to your account wallet, regardless of the outcome.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

seebet offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentive structures at its discretion. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, expiry periods, and withdrawal conditions. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer on the seebet platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, contributing games, and expiry period are stated within each offer's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings.

seebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, provided that players who have already accepted an offer will have their bonus honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance, unless fraud or abuse is detected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the seebet platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places wagers or interacts with the platform without direct manual player action.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting bonus structures.
• Exploitation of software errors, malfunctions, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Registration of multiple accounts or provision of false identity information.
• Use of a seebet account by any person other than the registered account holder.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the seebet platform's software or infrastructure.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other use of the seebet platform for unlawful financial purposes.

seebet cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of unlawful conduct. Where seebet has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime, seebet will freeze the account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the seebet platform, including but not limited to the seebet brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces and graphics, written content, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of seebet or its licensed content providers. No content from the seebet platform may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of seebet.

9. Limitation of Liability

The seebet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. seebet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of information displayed on the platform at any given moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, seebet's aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. seebet is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits or opportunity.

seebet is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's end, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside seebet's direct operational control.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by seebet is governed by the seebet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the conditions under which it may be shared, and the rights available to you as a data subject.

11. Responsible Gaming

seebet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all platform users. All account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings, free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited into your seebet wallet.
• Loss limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts at configurable intervals to notify you of your total time spent on the platform per session.
• Cooling-off period: Apply a short-term suspension to your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the seebet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Amendments to Terms

seebet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the seebet platform following the effective date of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to seebet's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute between seebet and a player that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Pending the outcome of any dispute, seebet may freeze the relevant account balance. Both parties agree to exhaust the seebet internal complaints process before initiating formal proceedings.
